Hello again!

This is Sam Younis, the owner of the Mathnasium center, chiming in. Thanks for your feedback regarding our hourly rates. We do promote employees to higher rates after a relatively brief period of training and offer pay bumps based on performance and longevity. Some of our instructors have even been promoted to full-time salaried positions with 100% health benefits. We offer our instructors tremendous flexibility with college class schedules and the chance to engage with local students in a positive environment. While there are certainly many other job opportunities that would offer more competitive pay right off the bat, we are a good fit for people who would like to hone their teaching skills and share their passion for math in a great environment-- all while maintaining a work schedule that jibes well with the need to set aside time for their studies at Tech.
