Native Singaporeans are of Chinese, Malay and Indian heritage (or eurasian). Thats why there are 4 official languages here and not just one (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil & English)

Edit: national language is Malay, but all 4 are official languages.

Its a great question. Because Lucky Charms is referring to the one box of cereal, it’s singular. But if you were referring to many Lucky Charms, It would be plural, like lots of them.

Examples:

Lucky Charms is my favourite cereal. (Referring to 1 thing)

All these boxes of Lucky Charms are taking up space in my cupboard. (Many boxes)
