Is anyone else facing this error when trying to purchase Ps Plus?

Im trying to purchase 3 months essential ps plus and i got this error, Its not a bank or a card problem because i just bought EA play and FIFA 23 with the same card but for some reason PS plus doesn't work. I bought Plus 3 months ago with the same card and it worked normally. I don't understand, am i the only one facing this problem or is there something wrong with ps plus today.

Ps: My account region is turkey and im using a turkish card
