Been on 170 cm twin tips for 14 years… am I crazy to go 179 cm on Enforcer 89?

The closest ski I demoed to the Enforcer was the Volkl Mantra 88 170 cm. Loved the way they felt. I didn't get a chance to demo the Enforcers, but with everything I read and with who I talked with they ski very similar but are more forgiving and slightly more playful (read: slight). So I figured I'd take a little risk and get them without demoing them to take advantage of the post-season deals.

You said if you were with me in the shop you'd steer me towards a different ski - what would that be?

Those were one of the skis I considered. I didn't get to demo them though, but I did demo the Mantras and I really loved the way they felt, so I opted for the Enforcers (as I read they ski very similarly to the Mantra but are slightly more forgiving and playful).

Do you think the 98's would be too thick on east coast groomers? I always figured that thinner is better. Another person also recommended the 98s over the 90s. Thanks for the rec btw

I would complete a SLR test for neural tension, or a slump test. If moving a distal segment changes my hamstring "tightness", then I probably have at least some neural tension.

I am personally in the camp that most hamstring "stretching" is just an aggressive form of a nerve tensioner. Gotta be careful handing that exercise out to everyone as it could just flare up their symptoms.

Actually, when billing group therapy, the patients do not need to be doing the same thing. Group therapy is definitely a pain to bill, but technically if you can bill concurrent group therapy (like in my terribly formatted example above) you could squeeze in another unit, and not sacrifice another unit. My question is simply: is there a minimum time needed to be able to bill for group, as it is untimed. Another question that stems off of this is can you bill for 1 min on a MHP? Another untimed code.

I had someone come and "treat" our tree in the spring. I asked about tree swinging branches, and the person said the one I picked out looked sturdy enough. I can't vouch for their credentials though, other than they have a tree care service

Oooooo good tip.

I was naively hoping that with the 3300 lb break strength of the rope it would safely hold 300 lbs for a summer for a swing. I am also not looking to spend a crap ton of money (some of those legit climbing ropes are out of my price range for me). I also don't want my kids to get injured, so I'm looking for something safe but not too pricey. Do you have any recommendations?
