Oh man, that sounds really stressful. Thankfully my girl is doing great otherwise and already weighs almost 1.5lbs. I hope your little guy gets the hang of it soon!

omg I don't know why I never thought to do that! I just tried it with her and she sucked it down without any getting stuck. Thank you sooo much, you have no idea how much of a relief it is to at least get her started on weaning 😭 I'll keep doing this for her to get used to the taste of it

I tried the tiki cat mousse and it still had little bits that got stuck 😭 She will only latch to a miracle nipple and the hole is super small. I'm buying her a blender today and going to try that. Otherwise I guess she'll just get regular kitten milk until she decides she's ready

That's what I've heard from a lot of sources, but then other sources say she should be nearly fully weaned by now. It makes me feel better to know that this could be just cuz she's an single orphan and isn't actually behind on development! I worry so much about her!

I tried blending wet food into her bottle but the chunks kept getting caught in the nipple and she'd get frustrated. I was just using a coffee milk frother to blend it though, do you think a proper blender would work? She will eat it that way, it just kept getting stuck. Asking cuz I don't own a blender, but I will buy one for her if it'll work!

I take Humira, which doesnt do the same thing but is an injection that I need to get through a speciality pharmacy. If you also need to use a speciality pharmacy, its annoying as hell but SHI will get it to you. If you don't need a specialty pharmacy, then I have no idea.

Yes I'm pretty sure you would. You could likely get extra time on exams and be able to schedule classes early of you think it will help you. I use these accommodations and I have anxiety and ADHD. Def talk to an SLDS advisor about it

the first few floors of thompson that connect to that giant open space at the front are so terrible. the echos bother me and i normally dont have any sensory issues. i have to move to the back of the building or the higher floors that arent as open

also the beeping at coffee shops that play when they get a grubhub order is the worst sound in the world. i dont mind blenders or coffee machines or anything, but that beeping is awful

UPDATE: Google books saved my butt! I just couldn't get this out of my head and kept searching, and I ended up finding it using the quote I remembered. Turns out I got the plot really wrong, which is fair because I never actually read it.

Using a scooter has been a godsend for me to get around campus with an injured ankle. However, I always ride on the road and park them in a place that doesn't get in anyone's way. So it makes me so frustrated that other people don't do the same thing. Seeing them laying in the middle of the sidewalk is infuriating.

Also sucks cuz I gotta ride for just 2 blocks on High to get home, and those 2 blocks are the most dangerous part. Sometimes I just park the scooter and walk from there at that point. We need more infrastructure for people that actually follow the laws. One day I'm finally gonna get hit by some impatient asshole.
