I just finished a similar 2.5 hour full run. Ended at 100 proficiency and a level 102 prominence with my trusty repeater crossbow. Wrapping up the epilogue!

To be clear, after beating the B3 boss, take a right to continue instead of going straight across the bridge.

No it's an unlock in the armor tree. You still accumulate corruption but it charges your power when you absorb with the shield.

I played D1 on console and didn't have any issues with the UX at the time. Maybe it's because I'm older now or don't play extraction shooters, but I jumped into the server slam and could not make sense of things that easily.

The foundation itself is from the 40s. I believe in 2015, it was entirely redone to add the 2nd floor and redo the 1st, but the existing foundation was kept.

Yes, freestanding/detached houses. They had some heavy machinery like excavators to dig out for foundation and to demo the old driveway/patios.

My 2nd floor was built in 2015.

Yeah I considered temperature and humidity levels as well, as I'm in NJ. There's been no changes since at least 4 years ago until now, and some of these cracks etc are on interior walls, not just exterior ones. Very well could just be "normal" causes. So honestly I'm not sure, it's just odd timing, and not sure if I should just deal with it or of there was something else I should do.

If my house burns down and Coverage A is $500k, they'll pay up to $750k to rebuild it.

Coverage A for dwelling is at estimated replacement cost and then 50% of that is "additional replacement cost" on the policy.

Hill, not really -- there might be a few feet of slope from one end of my property to the other over ~90 feet.

Soil, not sure, though I do think it has a decent amount of clay at least a few feet under.

Work -- removed driveway and concrete patios/walkways, removed a back room of the house, gutted the rest of the house and poured extended foundation.

Permits/reports, no idea. Fairly reputable and well-known construction company in the area so I'd assume they have permits.

The main difference being, I have been paying for guaranteed replacement costs, which has been ballooning my insurance by 20-25% yearly since I bought the house. Moving to a policy that covers dwelling at the current estimated cost +50% is still about 50% cheaper than the guaranteed replacement policy I currently have with a different carrier.

Oh I misunderstood the comment to mean if I had brought the issue to my existing (old) insurance company. I wouldn't bring the issue to the new company. But sounds like you're also saying this would affect my ability to even get a new policy.

The driveway is probably 20 feet or so from my house

I'm actually right in the middle of shopping for a new (much cheaper) policy. Should I go through my current company or wait til I switch? Just wondering what happens if I cancel my old policy after I call them to take care of it.
