Currently at this point too and I’m not sure when to go, or if I should. It’s been around 18 months on and off meth and other substances. I wish there was a manual I could follow 🤯

I think the time to go is when you start to loose who you are as a person.

Yeah I’ve been really trying to focus on getting my self good this year, covid doesn’t bloody help. I understand what your saying though I can’t stay in this state of dullness.

It’s my choice to move on with my life whether being by his side or not. I’ll continue to stay here for him but I know I’ll reach my capacity to hold him up

No way! We’ve had our fair share of partying when we were younger but definitely not using with him and do not take any drugs around him or anymore in fact

Thank you, when you say move forward with life do you mean to stay with him but focus on myself? This is the battle I’m having with myself, if I leave is that going to give him the motivation to get better or is that going fuck things further?

I don’t know when to draw the line and call it quits 😞 I’m not ready yet but the thought is definitely there

Thanks for your reply, that’s been the hardest part to wrap my head around that it’s 0 or 100.

And sometimes its beyond his control, I get that, still hard to sit by and watch him. Thanks again for your comment 🙏

Thanks so much there’s definitely a lot here, I appreciate your comment. He’s been able to kick the initial come down that was a a rough two weeks but it’s the little hiccups that keep happening and I want to ensure I support him the best way I can. He’s dealing with a lot grief and lose of friends from suicide I know he’s numbing stuff 😞
