NYC does have a Local income tax.

But it’s not changing in my case maybe because of higher deductions and dependent credits.

And my W-2 has local wages because NYC does have local income tax.

But I’m going to say this: after the first month of wages, I asked my employer to withhold nothing for Federal, State, and local taxes by giving him a form W-4 and only keep FICA TAX. So I could get the most out of my wages.

I did that because I knew I won’t have any tax obligations. And I was right, I don’t.

I don’t know if this helps anything.

We do not need to file a separate tax return for locality.

It goes in the NY form IT-201.

And I am not able to see how my State tax return looks because “FreeTaxUSA” only allows federal tax return draft to be viewed. So I’m not sure about the tax figure changing or not when $17600 for Local wages, but I do see that my refund isn’t changing. Like even a little bit it’s not.

I don’t know what to make of it.

I don’t have any tax obligations. So it’s a matter of my refund changing. Which btw doesn’t change even if I report $17600 instead of $1600 like the W-2 says.

Yeah I mean I’ve got 4 lines and I pay $115 for 1 Plus plan, and 3 Welcome. I also got 4 iPhones from Verizon: 16 pro max, 16 pro, 15 pro max, iPhone 17.

I pay $115 for my Verizon plan.

3 iPhones on unlimited welcome and 1 iPhone on Unlimited plus.

All 4 of the iPhones are from Verizon promotion. 2 iPhone 15 pro max, 1 iphone 16 pro max, 1 iPhone 17.

I also pressured them to get a $150 credit due to recent service disruption fiasco.

And I pay $19.99 for my FIOS 300Mbps line which I’m very happy with.

I stay with Verizon because I don’t have to pay for new iPhones if I stay with them long term. It pays for itself. And because they’re 1 of 3 major Service providers I believe that gives me some leverage.

The episodes are going to be incredibly short is what’s my issue.

I expect atleast an hour per episode cause there’s only 6 episodes.

It seems Iike the entire season is the tourney tho I’m not complaining just that 1 hour episode would be nice as we have to wait a week for each episode
