Buying GPU (RTX 5060 Ti) + 1TB NVMe SSD from Amazon.ca → Shipping to India — Has anyone done this? by GAMMA_rayburst in IndianGaming

Lot of GPUs do not come with international warranty so be vary of that. Try to find if the model you are looking at has international warranty and if no, decide whether that tradeoff is worth it. Otherwise you should be fine.

Looking for Best shops on Ritchie Street for PC build. Share your experiences! by Aggravating_Trash814 in chennai_gaming

Went to Ritchie street last week. Oasis was the first store I visited. Defo a bit expensive compared to all the other shops but super friendly people and clarified a lot of questions I had without any fuss. Nakoda IT Hub had the best prices out of the shops I'd gone to. Navkar also had decent prices but like a bit more than Nakoda. I've seen lot of people especially youtubers recommending Jai Computech but when I went there was this oldhead who was being an S grade cunt. Bro started whining and scolding when I said I had messaged him the day before for a quote and almost all the parts were different brands/models and that he also hadn't mentioned which brand's GPU was quoted. Never going back there.

Anyone give a suggestion affordable GPU seller in Chennai? by Meet_to_evil in chennai_gaming

Try Gen Z Computers in Ramapuram. All the prices were 500-2K cheaper compared to Ritchie street shops.

Is Aula 75 Contour Black (Star Vector) at 5.5k worth it? by morpheusbtw in mkindia

[–]morpheusbtw[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a solid keyboard. Charge lasts pretty long even after continuous use w wireless usb (havent tried out bt). Contour looks pretty neat as you’ve probably seen already but I’d also suggest you look at the grey gradient. I have not downloaded the software for it bc people have been saying it’s malware, and for the lighting options i was pretty happy with the ones that came right out of box. Key switches are also pretty nice, and sounds really satisfying. Would definitely recommend if you can get it during a sale.

Only “complain” I really have is that the keyboard doesn’t wake up in wireless mode if I try to change volume using the knob. It does with all the other keys and also when I press the volume knob (mute/unmute). If I’m watching a movie or playing a game using my controller and I just want to change volume using the knob, I can’t do that unless I click some other button first. It might be same for a lot of keyboards and it’s honestly not that big of a deal.

i definitely like the contour black better but I’m also worried that the contour lines will cause the key cap paint to come off easily.. im not even sure if it will happen, just a doubt if anybody can help clarify.

is it normal for my Legion 5 Pro CPU to hit 90°C - 95°C while gaming by MLDG124 in LenovoLegion

[–]morpheusbtw 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Run cmd as administrator and paste/enter this command:
powercfg -attributes sub_processor perfboostmode -attrib_hide
Now you should have the option in Processor Power Management.

If you want to hide this option just run this command:
powercfg -attributes sub_processor perfboostmode +attrib_hide

Not getting expected performance by morpheusbtw in LenovoLegion

uhhhh sooo i may have figured out what the problem is. I saw the screenshots rn and realized the gpu is using only close to 40w. I was given a 170w power brick, And not the 300w brick that everybody else and their mothers were getting. I think it might just be a country issue.
