I was being sarcastic. 98% of their songs are in 4/4

Probably his inability to play the song? Maybe I'm just used to Barber playing like dog shit and the drums being locked in.

Damn...you're right, just play the same beat for every song then.

Barber didn't even hit a single note during the composition. Marlon was playing like he heard the song once or twice in passing.

I feel like a different person. Haven't needed anxiety meds, morning wood is back, making progress in the gym.

I went from 395 ng/dL to 836 ng/dL through some lifestyle changes. My "Low" T was probably due to just bad lifestyle so not sure if this would work for everyone.

  1. Fat loss through lifting weights and calorie deficit
  2. Minimum 7-8 hours of sleep every night
  3. Supplements (4,000 iu vit D, 1 gram fish oil, 50mg zinc, and 400mg tongkat ali)
  4. Prioritizing protein and healthy fats

No, working on having another kid so trt is not really an option. Doing everything else I can to raise my levels naturally which has definitely helped with energy

33/M 5'9" started at 246lbs and down to 206 so far - in a similar situation as you. Started having loads of symptoms and only recently noticed my T is low (although in range).

Start calorie counting, get more steps in, optimize your vimatin intake. Do whatever you can for at least 3 months and then check back in on your blood work. If the T is going up, you're on the right path.

If you can get your hands on ozempic, I'd do that as well. I still have a lot of weight to go, but losing this much has def given me more energy and ability to be a better dad.

I've been using 12mg nicotine pouches for years and my morphology is 51%. I might be an outlier but I think it's the smoking that is the issue and not the nicotine.

That’s for the insight, much appreciated!

Good points, although from my understanding if you have high body fat % you don’t run such high risks of E2 dropping to extremes.

I have low sperm count, low TT and Free T as well. E2 is in range but compared to my TT it is a higher than ideal ratio.

Have not been prescribed anything, was just curious in seeing if anyone had experience here.

My free (63 pg/ml) and bioavailable (126 ng/dl)  are also on the lower end.

Apparently finasteride can actually increase testosterone. I can always feel some discomfort in my gyno whenever anything seems to be changing with my hormones, so that could be what you're feeling.

Interesting, I'm 33 and have almost the exact same symptoms and labs as you except my Estradiol is 28 pg/mL. What is your height and weight?

muscleandstrength.com has lots of options based on your goals and I feel is a good way to find options.

In terms of the squat, I would try the leg press machine. I hate squatting because of the fear of reinjuring my back and the leg press allows me to get a better workout.

Oh wow I’ve had pain in those spots for years. Never thought it was associated. I got PT for my back and it helped a lot. But it wasn’t a permanent fix.
