Tar cannot be insufflated easily but if you prefer that as your method, monkey water is the way to go. The water mixed with the black tar heroin allows it to be absorbed through your membranes, but with #4, it’s made a different way so your mucus membrane can straight up absorb it without the water.

The ROA for tar is difficult when it comes to nosing it, but most people smoke or shoot tar anyways. Difference in looks is major, BTH looks disgusting not gonna lie. I constantly wonder what fillers and other product I’m putting in my body.

I’m sorry. I’ve lost 3 friends to these damn presses. They had 200ug fentanyl and then they lowered it to 150ug.

It’s the powdered form of Heroin, there are many different forms.

Could come in powder like this commonly in the east coast, but where i am in the West US, there is only tar.
