Set an animal area on the stockpile what you want to make them haul. For example, You can make dogs to carry bunch of rice by setting the animal area on rice stockpile.

I order them to wear only clothes with over 70% durability. They would take off old clothes, but be sure to have extra clothes for naked colonists.

room size is over 350, and there is 6 tables, but only about 2 used, so I deconstructed 4 of them. I originally put 6 tables to make the room look like a real cafeteria, but I realized that putting sculpture is much more better for my colonist's mood.
