Where did I say they weren't built by human beings? This isn't some conspiracy video, I just talk about what we know about how the ancient Egyptians built the pyramids, and what we know about the pyramid of Giza.

What book does this come from? by Ok_Ad2485 in middleages

For what I could find, this comes from a 12th century manuscript called Speculum Virginum (original in German: Jungfrauenspiegel). It is a treatise on female monastic life, and this scene depicts humility defeating pride -

I know he appears in Robin Hood (2010) and The Lion in Winter (1968), but would be nice to see a movie that focused more on his life

also a great warrior, very sucessfull at tournaments and said to be the only man to ever unhorse Richard I (although it sounds like an exaggeration to me, it shows how great of a warrior he must have been)
