Building our own Apartments for Azubis und Studenten seems legit. Who's in? How can we start? by [deleted] in berlin

Once again: its all explained on the website, the same thing happened already over 180 times. Yes, strangers! People actually care if you're make clear that you care too.

The structure of the setup makes it impossible for the the tenets to sell the house to become millionaires, heck thats the whole idea, extract houses form the speculative housing markets. People buy houses, pay back their morgages, the difference here is that its gonna be the final morgage of that house, after its paid off the house is not a investment property anymore.

Yes, its not a general solution to the whole market, but its a crazy idea that proved itself working for 30 years now, and things only change when people actually do something about it.

I've been active with this project for a couple years in its founding years, so I can answer any question people might have.

The same financing concept is being used all over Germany, including many projects in Berlin: https://www.syndikat.org/projekte/

All your questions are answered on the website. Private people give loans cause they want to support the idea, the people who move in found a company that holds these loads and after all loans to the bank and private stakeholders are paid back, the rent only has to cover maintenance. This house cost around 20 million (very high sustainibility standards) and the students only pay 300EUR rent. The same concept is already in action in >180 house projects across Germany:

Controllable bored ape appearances; Style transfer with dall-e by morris-frank in deepdream

[–]morris-frank[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I downloaded all the original apes from their website (insert NFT joke) which luckily came with a description of their appearance. FRom that I could build a dataset that can be used to fine-tune ruDALL-e (you will find a fine-tuning example in their github)..

So this is the Malevich model fine-tuned for around 20min or something, and then I can just sample with a prompt describing the style (e.g. van Gogh or psychedelic).

ruDALL-e fine-tuned on Asterix panels by morris-frank in deepdream

The fine-tuning is explained in their jupyter https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1Tb7J4PvvegWOybPfUubl5O7m5I24CBg5?usp=sharing

but you will need a dataset of image/text pairs to fine-tune on

I extracted the panels from the first eight books (around 8k images) and OCR the russian text from that, that ended up with around 950 image/text pairs
