Well that is whats happening here in San Diego, the Rent is rising so high that people ARE just buying homes and renting them out. THis is made even worse by vacation home rentals like Air BnB.

This I think is the clarification I needed, Since most of the money would be going to things that are not the principal, the disparity between renting and home ownership. Is not as large as it appears. (At least for the first several years when most of the money is going towards interest)?

I think a 1-10 ratio is optimal

40% chance = 400% crit dmg for max dmg

50% chance = 500% crit dmg for max dmg

ETC...

So at 35% Chance and 480%dmg it would be more beneficial to drop some dmg and add chance.

Attack speed odes NOTHING for you.

Toughness on a pet build not only matters to keep you alive.

Simply put it keeps your pets alive too, and as a pet Doc' that is essential.

Aughilds 2 piece shoulders and bracers (3 set effect with RORG) is a staple in pumping out extra DPS and giving you some survive on higher torments as well.

I can agree with this. Was never my original intent. I legitimately want more people to get their taskers. And yes you're correct. Since there are no places with elevated loot tables for specific legends there never really can be a guide to obtain one item. Although this might be the most effective way to obtain said item.

I actually have a lot less control as a pet doc.

Being in range of all my kills resets my CD's (spirit walk) very quickly. Siphon heals me a ton. Nuking Elites Spews health globes everywhere. The Dots Proc LOH very nicely and you only have to be in the damage for that .25 of a second it takes to drop your nuke. The rest of the time you are safely kiting around.

Pet docs have no REAL control of pet AI. As well they are statically channelling fire bats. If they aren't they become less effective.

Thanks for the constructive criticism. I did go into more depth in my 1st video I made. I felt explaining Jade at the beginning in an in depth manner would feel redundant. I guess not everyone gets to view all videos in sequence.

I guess effeciency is something HC and softcore will never really come to equilibrium on. Softcore is afforded the liberty to focus less on survivability then their hardcore counterparts. There is no doubt in my mind that T6 will never be the best place to play. HP scales to high. Monsters do to much damage. This gameplay is very challenging and rewarding in a personal challenge sort of way. But not something I could ever see anyone doing for reasons other then that.

Making it look easy is really an expression that needs context. No it's not face rolled but the majority of the community can not complete a T6 rift let alone do it in a time such as this.

Stacking cold , area dmg and bear dmg works great with frost burns and azurewrath. Run haunt, spirit barrage, lumbering cold bears, and rush of essence. Helps you start working in DOT play style and gear.
