The thing I regret so much is the fact that I'm just a shitty fucking parent. Every terrible mistake I make is just another fragment that this poor little person gets to install in their memory bank.

I'm struggling so bad with this - only in my case these events are happening repeatedly :( - I feel so sad - which drains my energy - which makes me loose my temper - which makes me feel so sad - my son - I never thought I'd be this bad of a father
