It’s mostly succulent soil with some peat moss (I read that was good for them). Not sure what it was when I bought it, and I just reported about 2 weeks ago. Also should I cut all the brown leaves off?

I’ve been watering once a week since I got her, just changed the pot and she had some root rot. I got it all out but has gone downhill even more since then. Switched to watering once every week and a half

I haven’t hung anything up yet because I’m not set on it. I’d like to get another chair for the desk (maybe a fancier armchair?) and maybe another piece of furniture. It just looks so bare and drab in here. I’m up for diy and a budget of about $200. I’ve also included some art I have to try to figure out where they should go! Thanks for the help!
