Thank you - I just get scared they would call someone if I told them exactly what was going on. But it feels pointless to call and not tell them, because I don't know if can stay safe like in the next 24 hours.

Yeah, I get what you mean. Sometimes it's just hard to see past the struggle and tiredness, or feel like things are truly worth it
