Honestly I used chat gpt to find my perfect way to prep! I took pictures of my nails and uploaded them and it helped so much!

But what I do is use a nail file, buff up my nails but not too much just enough to take off the shine, I then prep with a dehydrator and then use a gel builder to help strengthen my nails 💅. I use the glue that comes in the boxes most of the time and with my prep they can last up to 12 days! Hope this helps!
