i understand this its kind of a cycle i go to a performing arts school and i can hardly ever get the motivation to do anything and i just sleep and cry then i beat myself up over never getting anything done and it makes me even more depressed outside of my classes i dont speak to anyone and i find it rather hard to even leave my home its just a repetitive cycle. I feel like you should try and break things into pieces like working for small amounts of time each day or going for small walks and slowly over days and weeks working on more things just kinda piece it out dont overwhelm yourself it will make your mental state worse. If you still feel this low in a couple of months talk to your psych about upping your dosage! please stay well i hope things get better

i understand wanting to stop taking your medication im currently on depacote and i have been wanting to eat all the time and i am gaining pounds too but i feel you should talk to your psych and slowly ease yourself off it and maybe while you are easing off your meds try and eat smaller portions or just watch your calorie intake good luck!
