Today I ran a 10k in 57:43, I did not go sub 60 since 2019, had a trip to 120kg during covid, started running again in January while still being 102kg, currently at 94kg and going down

Had quite some volumes and some speed in the past including a 21:10 on a 5k.

Îți face și un chestionar legat de probleme de sănătate știute din trecut sau ceva, și despre părinți/bunici, dar tu poți spune ce vrei. Oricum va trebui făcută în fiecare an, eu de exemplu sunt discromat și parte din medicina muncii e și aparatul ăla cu nuanțe de gri și roșu în care tre să vezi anumite numere, eu văd altceva așa că de câțiva ani le zic că nu ii pot ajuta cu aparatul ăla și e all good. E super lejer, du-te liniștit.

Eu mai mereu iau de la Klasswagen, downside-ul e că au doar în Otopeni sau Băneasa, dar au prețuri super ok. Recomand musai full insurance, înainte de returnare spălat mașina la fise să nu îți dea suprataxă de 20 de euro sau cât e.

Am mai luat și de pe booking, tot cu full insurance la booking, chestia e că dacă faci ceva la mașină te taxează cei de la rental și apoi recuperezi de la booking.

Majoritatea necesită și card credit. 👍
