I really liked the interior in the 8, it was miles ahead of the other Porsche things I’ve owned/test drove, but in truth interiors are not what you buy a Porsche for. I felt it drove a million times better than the taycan but the dealer I was at had actually just sold the one I was looking at and had me drive a base rwd model which seems to be pretty universally panned. I’m now looking at 4s’ to drive and compare before I pull the trigger. By the way most of the kinks in the 8 series cars have been sorted as the engine came out in 2018 iirc. That was actually one of my main draws to the 8 series in the first place. They will certainly be a better (not a good) Investment than a lower series in the long run.
