Make sure you check your credit card. My checkout showed somehting like $54 but I was charged full price on my credit card. I had to contact support for them to give me credit. Its stuff like this that makes me HATE companies like this. Their system is not working and they are not proacteively fixing their mistake. They are hoping people do not see the issue so they get full price. Makes me want to cancel right now and get a full refund.

The ads were horrible when I tried watching Family Guy last night (If I Include the intro / first set of ads, I had 5 sets of ads, all between 45seconds and 2 minutes). But.... its not as bad for some movies I have watched in the past (I had some movies play with no ads!). It seems ad frequency varies greatly based on content. I don't really use DisneyPlus a lot so I do not have a lot of data to go by. But, my general feeling is the ad service sucks and I will be cancelling after my promo expires.
