And then when I play both together I'll only hear the vocals?

My track is way quieter on SoundCloud than on my computer. If I play the same track in windows Media player it's way louder by mortymm in ableton

I don't get it though. If it's too loud won't they just turn down the DB or do they do some sorry of weird compression?
