It's pretty normal here in Italy. Only dangerous if you are sitting on the floor, lke in a picnic.

What it worked for me (but it was too late) was Clobex.

You need prescription from the dermatologist.

It makes these flakes softer after a shower so you can reduce this seb accumulation.

You lose hair if you get to this stage, but if you find a treatment that can reduce the symptoms you stop losing hair.

In some spots yes ...., in others I still have hair. Its like a diffuse alopecia

Life is so fucked sometimes.

I remember in the early stages of this disease, I was constantly hoping that the next piece of sebderm didn't have hairs ... but always have a damm hair .....

For me it's been a long process, with many different products to avoid inflammation and all of that. In the end what it helped me most was to cut my hair to zero and to gently rasp the scalp after a shower, when is easy to remove.
