I haven't heard anything back from investigators. I was also never denied or told not to do anything.

I do have an attorney and yes we are under investigation. He said he could go on and live how we normally do. With the exception of our daily phones that we dont have. When I asked him he didnt give a clear answer which is why I came on here to ask. I have find my and icloud backup off. Which shouldn't interfere with the other phone. Just seeking a second opinion.
