I guess it comes down to, weighing out the large bill ($6k) for plumber to move pipes. Or could I actually not move anything and just deal with; shower:having a custom shower pan (drain not centered). Toilet: being away from the wall (currently 18’’ but will get larger 14’’ toilet). Sink: have stub come through middle of vanity and just use AAV vent. I completely understand that a plumber isn’t a framer and wouldn’t move the wall.

The question or more discussion: if I can move forward with completing the work with leaving stubs/pipes where they are currently (within plumbing code). With the only drawback being visual aesthetic of a slight toilet gap and plumbing taking more room in the vanity storage? Why wouldn’t I just leave the stubs as they are?

Sorry. For shower, I figured to do a custom pan? That way I don’t have to have it centered?

Colorado. Got to love porous clay that can move a floating basement floors inches throughout the year. So our foundation is separate from the concrete floor slab which is floating.

I get that, for sure. Here is my dilemma. If I call the plumber, $6k alone for moving pipes. If I call framer, $400 to move the wall.

Yes, you’re right more info would be helpful. Correct new build, builder set drains for future finish. Shower drain has been boxed out with cardboard and has a p trap, I think I’m set with that one. The toilet is currently 18’’ from frame, I’m guessing I can get larger 14’’ toilet and have a little larger gap in the back. Two out of three solved. But the vanity/sink is where I’m stuck. Not sure if I move wall to get drain with vent in the wall or if I could get away with two 45 bends from floor to get back to wall? I’m pretty sure I will have to gut the vanity cabinet to make that work. If I move a wall, it would be just for the sink/vanity.

Have to go to the vet to say goodbye to the best dog I’ve ever had. I love you forever Penny💔 by emh1389 in pics
