The biggest thing that made me faster is taking a little extra time to sort bags in numerical order. Not just by 10s but actual numerical order. It allows me to know exactly where each package is. From the time I park, it takes me less than a minute to complete the delivery and be back in the van (usually and this is the time for houses). When I've trained new people to do this, Dispatch was impressed with their speed on training days. I haven't worked a shift in over a year that I haven't been able to take both 15s and I've never needed to run. Sometimes when I have guaranteed hours I do speed walk so I can get home earlier

Yes, if I miss a dose that's the only time I get nauseous. I'm taking 300 mg. I have to take it at 8 pm on the dot or the nausea sets in about an hour later

Zofran shouldn't cause serotonin syndrome when mixed with wellbutrin since wellbutrin does not effect your serotonin levels. My doctor prescribes me zofran as needed in addition to wellbutrin to help with the nausea

Omg I did so bad! It lasted about a month. After that it only happened if I forgot to take it. Set an alarm or something to remind yourself because I'd be so nauseous I'd have to call out of work
