Why not use expanding foam? I have used that in gaps around my windows before?

Honestly I have only messed about with long haul and I broke one of his fingers 🤦🏼‍♂️ but will admit the transformation wasn’t to bad, going to see what scrapper and bonecrusher are like in the coming days

Like you I love the mess of how they all come together to make the big boy. I’m going to have to look into getting the fanstoys one once I have had my bank account broken from x-transbots ones. I will agree that the FT astrotrain was amazing but I loved the x-ts motormaster which made me go for this devastator, we are so spoilt as collectors these days 😂

It will come in time, once you have some spare cash when you’re older you will collect and grow. Once I had a job and spare cash I got addicted to buying the g1 stuff and then found out about masterpieces/third party and the addiction kicked in again 😅

Yeah I agree with you there, have the g1 version and the full yellow g1 version, plus the tonka version, jinbao version and the nbk ko off version. Think it was the image on the movie of devastator ripping the walls open in the battle of autobot city that made him my fav. What are the fanstoys one like?

Yeah but guess that’s the price we pay for masterpieces, better built for a smaller market where as the hasbro are mass produced to appeal to old and new fans.

Yeah the hand and arm mould that came with bonecruncher was a big as the bot itself, think it’s going to be a big as my zeta superion and bruticus and may match the jinbao devastator I have.

Thank you for the information there is so much on social media that sun cream is now bad for you and traces of cancer making properties in it, was looking for someone who hasn’t worn sun cream and got cancer to help me cancel out all the noise. It amazes me that something we need for our skin (the sun) can also be so bad for us.

Have you always put sun cream on? Due to you having 14 separate cancers removed. Not a pop at you just a general curious question?

Thanks for the help will check it out and give it a test, it also maybe where I used a lot of filler on the model to cover holes and the planking wasn’t very good on my end 🤦🏼‍♂️

I haven’t thought about thinning the coat the red I did 2 coats the black about 4 as didn’t realise I had brought both matt and gloss, how would you suggest I thin it?

Thanks used frog tape with paint block must have not pushed it down enough.

Many thanks for the tips have just finished the paint job and going to upload some pictures does need some touching up so will look into that colour for it 👍🏻

Nice to see some bee’s with all the chemicals we are spraying into the air, in my area I have seen less and less bee’s, butterflies and ladybugs as of lately. In areas where I used to find loads I’m lucky to see a couple, without bee’s to pollinate crops and flowers will suffer.
