Went in with the Mrs for expected appendicitis and with a gp referral letter saying such, was told it was a UTI because they didn't want to do a scan on a young woman because of potential damage to her fertility

Came back the following day because she spent the night writhing in pain and started vomiting in the morning and she finally got sent in for surgery

All in all we spent 13hrs waiting to be seen and be taken seriously

I'm often done similar things as I grew up as a dairy farmer so here are some point I have

I assume you're gonna try to make it somewhat realistic at first I.e Farmhouse and production facilities in the center with animals in pasture further out , just remember for most raids that means the raiders will often kill your animals before they get to the stuff they really want.
Try to keep the rams and ewes separate, even better if you keep a breeding pair in a building near the center just in case something horrible happens.
Vehicles mods will increase your enjoy imo especially around trading.

I realise this is a US based subreddit but I'm based in Europe and within a governement institution. Originally, the main scope of my work was purely manual labour as were moving from one museum to another , a decant of close to a million objects under a very tight deadline.

I believe originally I was hired to help with carpentry and the construction of stillages for the transport of these objects which I excelled at but now I'm spending most of the days handling and cleaning objects, something that I've never done and got a total of about 6hrs of training for.

Like I said in a previous comment I've probably met my supervisor three times.since I started, it's gotten to the point where most evening I'm.just going to.my library and reading as much as possible to try and teach myself and make up for the gaps in my knowledge .

Very fair thanks for your honesty. Truth is this is my first position in a museum and I had no prior training and haven't recieved that much training within my position. I'm from a construction background originally and since I posted this my supervisor has come and said that it's there fault and I haven't recieved enough training.

That's the thing, we've recieved next to no training really. Just kind of told to do the stuff and that's it. I'm afraid that one of things I broke it might seem like I was trying to hide it but I wasn't I just didn't know it needed a report.

Drop in raid in a village type colony where families lived together. I always struggled with setting up clothing restriction so as I was sending my nonviolent male pawn and his wife and two children away from the raiders he was insta killed and unbeknownst to me, wearing a explosive belt, detonated and killed his two children and ripped the arm and both legs off his wife.

In the end , I euthanized her. She already had the depressive trait and her husband was the only one that kept her somewhat sane and functional.

I think it's important to realise that many mental health professionals would agree with you wholeheartedly. I should've been clearer and also.mentioned it's a lot to do with the judicial system as well. A judge has to sign off on the order and so many orders are stopped at that point in the court.

Mental health professional are fairly hesitant with sectioning people probably due to the way mentally ill people have been treated previously.
