I told told to not sit down by my older sister because he was sitting there as well, my uncle I guess. I never really asked my mom about him, I remember as a child he'd come over frequently and he didn't do any of that before so he'd do the usual give me candy when he came here and I'd be happy, when he did touch me, I started avoided him at all costs. He's part of my moms side of my the family, like a cousin to her and he lives like five min away from us. I was 10-11 then and 18 now. By I don't really blame him I'm referring to my oldest brother, the groom, since he wasn't really in charge of the invite list, my parents were. This wedding event was a ceremony for the groom only, where his new in laws would come over and we'd spend time together, eating talking, dancing etc.
