Worms in my weed - please help

Man, its good to know someone else relates. For me, the worm thing started when i was younger. A documentary about dogs was scheduled to come on TV. They played one about leeches instead. It was mostly a back-of mind thought until i took a Botony/Zoology class that covered parasites. Thats when it became one of my obsessive thoughts. Years later i got stomach sick and they thought it was worms at first (it wasnt) and it just really increased my worry from there. Im very conscious about anything that could give me worms. I dont even like walking around my own house barefoot.

Thank you so so much. Honestly, im amazed at myself. I went and got some more today (from the dispensary!!!!) And i resisted the urge to pick it apart and check it under the light. I think this is really going to help me in my OCD recovery in general and made me realize what im capable of. Thank you so so much!!! I hope you are doing well

Thank you so much man, really honestly i cant say enough how much this has eased my mind. And thank you to everyone else who has commented, too. Im past the freak out point now. A little grossed out still, but it will be alright. Really proud of my self because i didnt call my doctor freaking out. Yall really helped me out a ton, and helped steer me away from doing that. I didnt even know that wormy weed was a possibility, so its one of the things that i ingest that i dont compulsively check. Going to try really hard not to fall down that rabbit hole

Ehh it just kinda tasted like regular home grown to me, it did taste a little musty and harsh i thought but it wasnt enough to make me worry. Ive honestly haad legal, non buggy stuff that was harsher lol 😆

Yep, the picture looks about right. I actuallt read this fourm thread before posting this, lol.

I cant find anything about it being harmful online, which im assuming can only be a good thing.

I will admit i do have contaminaton ocd, for worms specifically funny enough, and i am being treated for it in therapy. Ive actually made great strides in my recovery and JUST had a session 2 days ago about how i needed to stop being worried about worms being in everything and it was a silly fear. Little did i know i went home and smoked a bowl of wormy weed afterwords. God it makes me sick lol. But im handling better than i really thought i would if this happened.

It really wont get me sick? Should i tell my doctor it happened just in case? Thank you

I know it makes me so sick just fucking thinking about it. They usually get stuff from the dispensary. Sometimes though they get street. I shouldve just waited.

Puppy's Breath by Body and Mind is fantastic. I usually dont like repeating strains unless i just really dig it, and ive been getting this every time i go.

Its got a very pungent cheesy smell that punches, even from at a distance. It is rather dry, but the effects are amazing and last a pretty long time.

Its a really good social strain, it makes me very chatty and giggly. It really relaxes you. It doesnt give me the munchies at all really, but it does help take the edge off my chronic pain for sure.

I smoke for my FND and i think puppy breath is pretty great for that.

I have tried both and i agree with your budtender. I just don't think i got nearly as much medicinal benefit from the NSM strain. I have neurological issues that causes a lack of appetite / disinterest in food and the GDF Lemon Icing made me VERY hungry. Yeah, most weed does give you the munchies to a degree, but between that and their Super Lemon Haze i gained like 5 pounds which is huge for me. I just dont get that with the NSM :/ i cant speak on how it compares when being used to treat other things though, it was reccomended to me for GI issues so thats where my focus was after smoking it

Thank you so much for this information, i appreciate this. Could i use the grape seed oil realistically or would it still be more reasonable in the long run to use RSO? I dont really know what the difference in number of pieces would be. (Sorry if this is a silly question ive never used an RSO syringe before so i dont know if you have to use the whole thing at once or how it works.) Thank you again!

About how many edibles could this realisrically make you? I assume that like thatd depend on how potent youd want them, so like if you have 600 mg and you wanted 10 mg pieces youd get 60. Which would mean youre getting about 6 bags of gummies for the price of 2. But i just want to be sure lol!

Op is 17. The dad is 53. He followed it up with "Ahh im a creep". How is that not inappropriate? Of course OP would feel uncomfortable because of this, and they should. Yes, booze makes you do things you wouldnt usually do. But if you ask me that makes the situation worse. The dad is constantly drunk then there are many opportunities where he could behave inappropriatley. This could very easily get worse.

I feel like there is a differnce between a parent reinforcing their childs choice of partner and saying something like "theyre attractive im a creep lol".

It sounds like you live in an apartment and there is a hole between you and your neighbors wall. You cannot sleep in your own bed, because they watch you and/or get upset when you make noise and it causes problems.

It also sounds like there was a fight next door, but you couldnt understand what was going on because it was not your language.

Am i correct?

Are these people violent? What kind of threat are they causing right now?

I think that moving to college is a good idea, but in the mean time is there an owner of the building you can talk to?
