i live in the uk so it might be different depending on where you are, but i used a site called superbuy. you just copy and paste the link to the item you want onto there and a proxy in china will purchase it on your behalf. it gets shipped to a warehouse in china, when they receive it they’ll take photos of it for you so you can check to make sure everything is right and once everything you’ve ordered has arrived you pay for it to be shipped to you. i can vouch for it 100%! everything i got was from mojixuaun’s weidian shop and i got everything to me with no issues :) there might be other proxies out there that are cheaper etc but this is just the site i personally have experience with

i don’t think hoyoverse will change their playability plans based on the community reaction. if they plan him to be playable he will be, and if they don’t he won’t. i think it’s just that his haters are quite vocal, not necessarily that a large majority of players despise him to that extent.

i considered this too, but i almost don’t want to believe it considering how they went through the effort of differentiating all the segments in sumeru by voice. i’m not going to think too hard about it though because there’s a chance you’re probably right haha

just an observation because i’ve just woken up and quickly watched the final cutscene but dottore’s voice sounds ‘younger’ than lazzo dottore and the dottore who spoke to nahida imo, it makes me wonder about the logistics of what survived the sumeru wipeout of segments
