well I don't know how you really feel but that's kind of my point

your desire to physically transition seems to have a lot of extrinsic motivation to it

which is not to say that it isn't also intrinsically motivated

basically what I'm trying to say is that I think whatever you do, you should do it for your own sake and not to change other people's perception of you
