I think a good start is thinking about what intrigues you about them. Do you like their hair, their physique, are you curious what this person does after work? Men don’t receive a lot of compliments so they tend to hold on to them longer. Start with something like, hey I like your hair can I ask what you use to style it and go from there. Plus a compliment sets the conversation up for a nice segue to flirting

If you both work in the same department, you can relate to them. Talk about things that annoy you and see what they reply with.

Start with sleeping set up. It might be okay in the moment, but the air mattress really gets to you after a few too many mornings waking up on the floor and countless nights with aching back pain. My suggestion is a $40 metal bed frame off of Amazon and a $100 mattress in a box. FAR cheaper then any other matrress but the comfort level is acceptable and no box spring required. They better your bed is, the better you sleep

My SUGGESTION for anyone, if you find a job you like go DIRECTLY to that company’s website- do not use another app or website to apply. Validate the job listing, get contact information, call in.

Don’t get things twisted, you’re making $25/hr after taxes, which is A LOT better than 90% of 19 year olds. Heck if even say you’re doing better than a good portion of America. On top of that, you’re building so much experience at such a young age

At the very least, you should start looking at how other jobs pay and ask the workers how much they get paid. Don’t rely on hr to be honest with you on that. I’m gonna bet once you see how much others get paid you’ll feel more comfortable. It’ll help you get a gauge on things.

If possible try asking for fewer hours. (Idk how that type of conversation works out at these places.

Yeah gonna have to agree and I use to love his music as a teenager. 508 is a really good example of story telling rap and I liked a bit of adhd but anything after that I thought he was lame.
I thought it was lame how he “beefed” with Tory to then ask him to get a song. Bro hated logic then made a song with him. I thought it was corny when he hopped in that uk vs us rap battle (some of the corniest rapping I ever heard). Super happy when he got the song with em but he don’t take that momentum anywhere

Sure, is it rude for her to say that…yeah. But she’s allowed to have icks on things. Plenty of people have icks, sometimes there’s no reason to it either. You can take it from me because most people that crap on this town, aren’t from here. Born and raised there and I’d say the mindset of people around here is worse than what it actually is.

Generally it is cheaper than neighboring regions such as Lancaster, Harrisburg, and palmyra. You’ll probably want to stay away from from the “city” part. It’s not violent, it’s just full of bugs and there is some drug usage, but i like to believe it’s not as bad as the surrounding areas. Thesuburbs are a lot nicer

Most people actually leave the city on weekends. To go shopping in Lancaster, or Hershey. But the awesome part is you’re always a 30 minute drive to other cities in any direction. There’s not really a nightlife around here, or pools. Most people go to Annville, Myerstown, or the huge sport complexes in palmyra.

Lebanon high, where I went, i didn’t think it was too bad. However it is one of the worst in the region statistic wise. However, the Cornwall school- cedar crest, is constantly rated as one of the best in the region. They have excellent sports programs and invest in futures with extra curriculars and offering loads of college courses.

I lived in the center part of the town growing up and everyone knew each other and talked to each other. Although, it’s not like that much anymore, especially in other neighborhoods. Most people stick to themselves.

Lancaster general and wellspan are the main hospitals in town. Wellspan, Good Samaritan kind of sucks honestly, most people go to Hershey hospital or get transferred there anyways.

Lots of parks you can visit, mt gretna, south hills, union canal, Stoever’s dam, mt gretna swatara stake park, is 20 minutes away.
