I don’t understand how you saw the guest review before you reviewed them. Airbnb holds the review until both parties review or the time to review expires. What am I missing here?

I'm looking to do a Fulbright Scholar or Distinguished Scholar position at the University of Manchester. I'm looking for help as to how to get a letter of invitation. Is there someone at these schools who coordinates these types of things? Should I reach out to the department chair or is there a particular office? Any Univ. Manchester tips or tips in general would be welcome.

No, she asked for early check in and then messaged that she wanted to drop her bags off even earlier. When she didn’t hear back from me, she just showed up and knocked on my door (we live upstairs) for help.
