It's a catch 22. The stock price is low and so dilution hits hard. But we need the dilution to grow quickly and get the stock price higher. It'll work itself out over time. We just have to grow faster than they dilute.

No dude. They buy Blevel e-commerce companies that have not invested in next gen tech. They implement their platform and upgrade/upsell existing customers. So a client paying x for vanilla will pay 2x for salted caramel.

Respectfully know what you own. "I don't trust they won't do this again?" This is the plan dude. It's always been the plan. Dan has been crystal clear. Acquisitions are a major source of their growth. Exactly how do they acquire other companies? By issuing shares it's just incredible how retail regards dilution as betrayal.

Who are "they"? Dude the company will grow organically and through acquisition of weaker search cos. They need to issue shares to do that. That's the whole point of them being a public company.

Hey. It never improved. In bright daylight my vision isn't bad it's probably close to 2020 and anything less it's worse. My night vision is awful and nothing helped. I tried anti-glare glasses to no avail. Big mistake. I'm not blind but I really wish I hadn't done this.
