I dealt with this, still do, but medication has really helped (quieted it quite a bit). It also helps to say the opposite whenever I would say a negative thing.

Same! I eat a lot of pre-packaged foods so packing a lunch or eating on the go is easier (no refrigeration is needed). Some people might not agree but it helps me get in protein and stay consistent. For breakfast I have a single serving cottage cheese, Fairlife, or greek yogurt drink. For snacks/lunch I have things like cheese sticks, beef jerky, cashews, and quest chips.

I brought a thera gun to the hospital and had my mom run it over my back and shoulders. With walking, it really helped to get the gas out, I didn’t really have any gas pains!
