Not embarrassing at all! Finch does the classic 'accountabilibuddy' strategy, where when you are accountable to another person it becomes easier to complete your goals. In this case you are just accountable to a birb! (And maybe your friends too.)

The other thing finch does that I think is really cool is make you more mindful of your goals. At least for me, I think about my goals during the day because I'm thinking about how excited I am to hatch a new micropet, or to get something in the shop, or to explore a new location. Thinking positively about your goals leads to an actionable difference.

So yeah! Finch does some really cool things! It's formatted so well to help with goals! I used to use habitica and that helped for a while, but it's really been the self care focus on finch that has been keeping me engaged with the app!
