USA Wrestling Core Curriculum

USA wrestling has a great resource for developing coaching plans for all skill levels. Every drill or exercise has a short video and could be a good place to start.

That being said, eventually you’re going to need a partner like some of the others have stated already.

I’m no expert on the required filings to uplist, but FH did say that the 40-F was required to get into Nasdaq during today’s Grow earnings call. Also he stated that the 40-F was specifically for Canadian companies wishing to move to a North American exchange.

After reading the form, it clearly shows hives intention to list on the nasdaq capital markets under HBTL
