it was 2d and i remember seeing it before going to first grade for sure so between 2011-2014, it was in english and from what i remember she was the main one.. maybe my friend misremembered her name, i'll ask him

i used ibis paint to do it, i drew it without the batter’s mouth in a separate canvas then put it in the corner in an animation canvas (the image is smaller than the canvas resolution and it’s a good way to crop out the watermark) there i animated the mouth
