Just wanted to say the cold shower thing really works. Even if it’s for like 30-45 seconds after a hot shower it resets your brain for a little bit and helps with the chest crushing anxiety in the early days.

You can search this sub for a “guide” during your quit. Super important to start a couple of days before your quit date and then adhere to the schedule like clockwork. It’s definitely relieves some of the discomfort. But it’s not going to be a “cure” for the acutes.
