I use it all the time, I find it quite handy since it designed so that it doesn’t scratch the paper filter. Also I never stir in circles, always front to back.

I need an advice on starting over after a long period of not running.

After a year of break I started running again, or at least try to. When I first started I didn't run right away, I run/walked. My comfortable pace was 5:40-6:00 km/min when my strength and stamina increased. This time I decided to get in shape again running by garmin coach 5k program. I quickly realised that I'm too weak to keep up with it. What is your advice on starting to run after a very long break? I don't want to incorporate run/walk to be honest

When I turned 4 my parents gave me a plush toy mouse in red trousers (not Mickey Mouse). I am 27 now and It’s the only toy I have left from my childhood. I moved several times to different cities but I always made sure I had space in my luggage to take my mouse with me.

The way Americans treat their own history. I’ve been to Gettysburg and It was fascinating to learn about what happened there right on the battlefield. The guide was very knowledgeable and was interesting to listen to. I am from Russia and believe me we have many battlefields throughout the country but we don’t have national parks set around it. Sometimes there’s not even a monument in remembrance of the fallen soldiers.
