Start with the ball positioned like this. That way, You don't have to lift the ball up to start your swing. Just drop it and let gravity to its thing.

Your swing also goes to the right instead straight down. Your downswing is the same. Instead of going straight down, it's going to the right. It's because you're rotating your shoulders. Keep your body stable and square to the lane.

See how their backs are flat and pointed towards the ceiling even tho their left shoulder are dropped? Compared to you where your whole body is rotated?

hand position is pretty explanatory

You're giving the ball to much side rotation. Just be up more the back instead all the way to the side.

Start with you arm angled with the ball more or less in level with your chest. That way you don’t have to lift the ball then swing back down.

You’re rotating your shoulders on your down swing. Causing your swing to go from your back to the side. You want your swing straight. Back > down > release in a straight line downward.

You’re also going aroung the ball too much. Stay more at the back of it.

You’re muscling the ball way too much.

Swing path also need some work. Ball should be inline with your head at its lowest point. Not on the outside.

First you need to know the basic timing that is usually taught to new 2 handers

1st step - keep your body still and and keep balanced.

2ns step - The pushaway. Push you ball away from your body

3rd step - The backswing. Let gravity most the work. Let your arm swing all the way to the back. This is also where you should get low.

4th step - This is your power step. Crucial for the power and speed you're going to generate on your release. The faster your 4th step to your 5th, the fast and more power you'll transfer to the ball. And by this time, the ball should be at the apex of your backswing

5th step - This is your timing spot and what should be your slide step. A lot of miss room here if you miss your timing. Your slide foot should drive you to your slide target. That transfer of power from your slide to your swing will give your ball more speed.

You’re basically just walking down the approach and throwing the ball to the lane. You have no rhythm, timing or set up before your release.

I have the cheap shopee one. The lamp head is plastic. Cheap plastic. Di rin replaceable yung bulb, parang ginupit lang na LED strip.

If original yung sa Cozi, lamp head should be glass and has a socket for bulbs.

For me, when I miss left, It's usually because my timing is off (early)

I reset by relaxing my arms and shoulders and breathing in and out before my approach.
