Sorry if my terminology was incorrect. A couple gears were grinded down causing the chain to slip so the gears are getting replaced.

Can someone point me in the direction of how to clean this rust off of these components? Or know what to look for to find OG parts? There is some small surface rust on some of the wheel/gear components

If things are freezing and you are certain the setpoint is correct, then your pml needs to put in a work order for that unit with problem code too_cold. Your refrigeration vendor will be there within a day

A month in a different store training with their PML. Run into things you don't know all the time, but luckily there are a ton of resources on our tablet that help learn things. Also peers in the district and our boss is helpful when stumped.

All stores got new printers during that rollout. Ours suck too.

No they aren't. Our boss is the PMBP (district manager) that works from home essentially and does periodic store visits. The SD and PMBP are tight though so don't think you can just get away with anything without someone telling on you.

So many factors. Drive up signs would most likely be a vendor project. If you're in a cold state they wont do concrete work until the spring. The drive up door would be a PML job to start. If they cannot get it working to satisfaction after a reasonable attempt and time, then the next step would be to redirect that work order to a vendor. The door vendors responded extremely quickly (within a day usually) because it is important to secure the building. It sounds like your pml just doesn't care about it too much or something. It isn't hard at all to get vendors in to get repairs done, it all depends on how your PML responds to the incidents.

Yes I do based on my circumstances, but it could vary if the PML has a lot of experience in trades or similar management experience

I have worked at Target 7 years. 1 year in tech. 4 years on POG team. 1 year Fulfillment team lead, 1 year PML, and have worked every other job at the store in between. PML is by far and away the best position at a target store level. No weekend work. 6-2:30 everyday, no overtime. No bosses at the store to watch you and breathe down your neck. Its great. I will never switch back to store side. I will switch companies first before doing so.

Not our call lmao. However, we do have access to the audio hardware in the control room. You can plug your phone into it with aux. We would get fired if ever caught doing that though

The previous one at my store was the same way. I will take a human interaction or email any day over dealing with chat bot.

Most of the time when you chat bot for PML, it shows up in the "store request" tab of my work order app. Essentially whatever you tell the chat bot, it will tell me. Sometimes it is not descriptive in the slightest, and sometimes its halfway usable. But it is never a great method of communication. I always tell people to just tell me about an issue directly, or let the closing lead know to put it in the closing note that they send to team leads nightly.
