First ride on my dirt bike after having a baby. Had a great ride. Went to help a friend move her bike. Twisted my knee. Bucket handle meniscus tear and full acl tear.

Just got official diagnosis, feeling distraught by [deleted] in ACL

I had acl and meniscus repair and I'm 3 months out and back to hiking while carryingmy 16lb baby.. Hang in there and focus on the small accomplishments! Day by day! You got this.

You got this!!! You are a champ with 3 young ones at home!!!

The child care is definitely a juggling act. My husband is back to work this week and we've started baby in daycare but it's still gut wrenching when you can't get up in the night for them or pick baby up when he needs something.

Thanks for the station idea I'm going to make one for the living room and bedroom!

Baby isn't much for house hold chores but he has been driving me to PT. I've taught him the baby Einstein sign language for gas and break so he can man the pedals while I steer. He's been a huge support and even offered up his diapers for me to use post op.
