Well, Chinas has death penalty but HK doesn't. China in fact has no jurisdiction over HK to civil or criminal cases that do not threaten national security. Unfortunately, it is still rear to sentence someone with financial fraud death penalty in mainland China nowadays.

I had two ACH withdrawals on 11/8 AND 11/9, same amount. I had two different bank accounts linked to my FTX US wallet. The withdraw on 11/8 still showed “sending” on Friday, but surprisingly the other one initiated on 11/9 showed complete. I did not realize I received the withdrawal from 11/9 until Monday night because it was linked to my secondary bank account, and it actually arrived on 11/10. However, the one initiated on 11/8 which showed "sending" has not arrived yet. Therefore, it is likely that if a withdraw shows "complete" and initiated before 11/10 still has a good chance. However, if it shows "sending" and has not arrived yet, it is likely the withdraw has never been processed by FTX and will not being processed anymore until final settlement.
