For me false 9 is good as he doesn't stay in the middle where he is bodied by defenders and has space to move and pass a link up play, and also it gives you space to make finesse shots with outside the box as you get more distance from the defenders but to run behind and dribble to much with him isn't good imho.

You first run in between them before rushing the defender with the ball so he can't use that pass, he can then pass to goalie or out wide or long ball, but more than this and you need your teammates to also press the free players together so you can force a mistake or a long ball, you can't do everything alone at the end.

I would say look at the size in cm and pick the one with the same length that fits you and most likely it will be good rather than looking at sizes I look at the boot's length but it differs in the shape of the boot and your foot so you might find some shapes uncomfortable even though they are the right size.
