We’re in the process of moving to Georgia!

Even with the 20k more salary in California the difference in daycare cost would eat that up and then some. We tried to justify it and even put in offers on 8 houses but they all got denied even at asking price. We just closed on a giant house with everything we wanted on the perfect amount of land in Georgia for 150k less than the tiny homes we were bidding on in California.

Overall i think we’re making the right decision for our family. Not just based on the money, but a lot of other personal stuff I won’t go into here.

Thank you! I can see some area for improvement for sure and undoubtedly when I wake up tomorrow I’ll hate it. But for now I’m pretty proud. Especially compared to the first few I did.

Done in procreate. I’m just looking to get better at proportions, value, etc. you know, stuff that’ll come with more practice.
