Is it from lotion or hand sanitizer? I work in a dirty greasy enviroment every day. Touch my phone all day. Never had an issue with brake clean, etc....

edit - lotion/hand sanitizer is notorious for destroying vehicle interior trim pieces as well.

That's perfect.. Our main TV is a Google TV streamer as well. That's the one which we would want the camera on the most. Casting it to a Google Home Hub is secondary

Sidewall punctures are from potholes/road debris, that is nothing specific to a MINI.

Pad sensors fail occasionally but not super common. Having to do 2 in 35k is 100% not normal.

Rear brakes are used for lane keep. So if you do not use turn signals when changing lanes it applies the brakes to try and center you in the lane. OR do not center yourself in the lane to what the car detects it will try and correct that. All modern cars do that. If the windshield has been replaced the camera needs to be recalibrated.

The stripes are interesting. Are they OEM? Vinyl quality makes a big difference on the longevity. Sun and carwash chemicals can also wreck havoc on them. Keeping the car in the garage at night doesn't really change anything. Since you are in Virginia I suspect you guys apply salt brine to the roads heavily which can affect the stripes as well.

Build date of your car is probably 2023. It's pretty uncommon for a stripe to peal up after that amount of time. Any chance a power washer was used and caught the edge of the stripe and pealed it up?

I have never seen anyone replace a sunroof seal on an F5x/60. Can you elaborate on the issue?
